    If your system was not installed by us, the service code (technician code) may have been changed, preventing us from entering the system. We therefore ask that you pay the full amount first before we come on site.

    This service includes 2 hours of work on site.

    We will contact you after the order to schedule an appointment.

    We will make sure that all detectors are checked, backup battery measured and replaced if necessary. Batteries and accumulators that are replaced will be charged to you on a billing basis. Available firmware updates will be performed for you, so you will always have an up to date system.
    Every work that will be done during a service is;
    • Cleaning the PIR detectors.
    • Checking the projection of all the detecors.
    • Check cables and connectors for e.g. any corrosion.
    • Execute any firmware updates on the central unit
    • Measure battery and battery voltage and replace if necessary
    • Check power supplies
    • Check correct operation of control centre and call forwarding.
    • Advice on operation of the intrusion protection system.
    • Review current situation and make recommendations.
    • Maintain systems checklist.
